How to make dark chocolate coated truffles balls step - by - step method:
Step 1:
Take 1ltr bowl and put the 500 gm cream 1 minute in a microwave, and same pressure with the Dark chocolate.
Step 2:
After heat cream and dark chocolate, mix well the cream, dark chocolate, and some dry peanuts, almonds together and set mixture in the refrigerator in hard ice texture.
Step 3:
When it set properly take it out of the refrigerator. Scops out the chocolates by using ice-cream spoon.
Step 4:
Coate the Dark Chocolate ice balls with using cocoa powder and some of the choco chips.
