Breakfast time vegetarian grilled sandwich
A toasted veg sandwich is a sandwich made with two thin slices of brown bread in which the filling with some vegetables and some chatnis thin slice of buttered toast. Many people like to enjoy their sandwich at breakfast or evening snacks with a cup of tea. If you want to more healthy, less butter and oil then a homemade grilled vegetarian sandwich is good.
To make a vegetarian sandwich at home, here some ingredients of veg grilled sandwich
- 6 slice Brown bread
- 3 thin flat slice Paneer
- 1 round slice Onion
- 1 round slice Tomato
- 1 round slice Cucumber
- 1 sliced Green Capsicum
- 6 slice Cheese
- Pinch of chat masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh mint and coriander Chatny
- Tomato ketchup

vegetarian grilled sandwich step - by - step Method to make at home
Step 1:
Place 3 brown bread in a cutting dice and cut the 4 side brown edge of the bread.
Step 2:
Arrange all vegetables, paneers, chutney, ketchup on the top of bread,
- Apply chutney and ketchup on each bread
- Apply 3 cheese slice on each bread
- Apply 3 thin slices of paneer on each bread
- Apply all Round cut vegetable on each bread
- Apply sliced capsicum on each bread
Step 3:
Add remaining cheese at the top of feelings.
Step 4:
Apply mint and coriander chutney and tomato ketchup each of remaining 3 pieces of bread.
Step 5:
Place these bread slice over the top of feeling bread slice and press lightly.
Step 6:
Heat a grill to grill all sandwich.
Step 7:
Place the sandwich on the grill.
Step 8:
Grill both side of the sandwich until the cheese melt and bread change it's color to golden brown.
Step 9:
When it's done transfer to a serving plate, serve it hot.
