To make a vegetarian sandwich at home, here some ingredients of veg grilled sandwich

  1. 6 slice Brown bread
  2. 3 thin flat slice Paneer
  3. 1 round slice Onion
  4. 1 round slice Tomato
  5. 1 round slice Cucumber
  6. 1 sliced Green Capsicum
  7. 6 slice Cheese
  8. Pinch of chat masala
  9. Salt to taste

Step 1:

Place 3 brown bread in a cutting dice and cut the 4 side brown edge of the bread.

Step 2:


Arrange all vegetables, paneers, chutney, ketchup on the top of bread,
  • Apply chutney and ketchup on each bread
  • Apply 3 cheese slice on each bread
  • Apply 3 thin slices of paneer on each bread
  • Apply all Round cut vegetable on each bread
  • Apply sliced capsicum on each bread

Step 3:

Add remaining cheese at the top of feelings.

Step 4:

Apply mint and coriander chutney and tomato ketchup each of remaining 3 pieces of bread.

Step 5:

Place these bread slice over the top of feeling bread slice and press lightly.

Step 6:

Heat a grill to grill all sandwich.

Step 7:

Place the sandwich on the grill.

Step 8:

Grill both side of the sandwich until the cheese melt and bread change it's color to golden brown.

Step 9:

When it's done transfer to a serving plate, serve it hot.
